"Speaking on Bristol City Player, Brett said: "I'd been practising free kicks with Albert (Adomah) in training on Monday and after he missed one in the first half, I told him, should I come, I'm going to score from the next one. That's exactly how it happened."

Which begs the question, why aren't the whole bloody squad out there on overtime EVERY DAY AND NIGHT practising their free kicks, not to mention the other things we are crap at, like shooting, penalties, tackling, passing, tactical awareness ?

If I had been lucky enough to play for Bristol City, I would have needed to be dragged off the training pitch every night when the sun had gone down. I really cant understand these players who dont realise just how lucky they are to be getting paid to play football.

I would prescribe a summer working in Tesco or in a bakery or something. Then they would go the extra mile to improve and ensure their continued involvement. Your career will only last ten years guys, so make the most of it !!

10 years, more like 20. but pedantry aside I agree with you.

I was shocked by the lack of movement in last nights game, we dont seem to have any intelligent players or a true 'get at em' leader.
