There's no restraint on trade because if he think Hull Tigers will make him more money he can withdraw from the Premier League and the FA and set up his own league. I don't think Assem Allam has any grounds for a legal challenge. If the FA says yes then I think there is one potential ground on which a legal challenge may be made. I haven't looked into it fully, so fingers crossed it won't come to that.
