I had plenty of time for Cest. Shame he left to be honest
I am not too bad mate. Been incredibly busy with work so not been able to do much of anything. Between that and sorting out my upcoming wedding, I barely have chance to breathe haha. Hope things are well your end!

Sciatica!? I bet that must be a pain in the arse....! Thanks mate, its an expensive affair these weddings!
I suffered from it terribly in the past, but have been largely pain free for a good few years now. It has come back with a vengeance in the last two days, and I'm going through the pain barrier with my physio exercises I was given last time to try and free the trapped nerve.
