Frightened to think how much time and money I invested in Rangers.
Even went to europe with them in the heady days of constant success.
We need another Jago or sexton as manager.

Just what I always thought - you are a load of old bastards! <laugh>

Nice thread, and I'm really warming to you guys (and I'm also older than most of you... :emoticon-0101-sadsm)

Would really be happy for you (and us) to stay up, who knows what will happen.

Here's a crumb of consolation to the "oldies" on here.

If someone was 68, that would mean that I'm half their age. When I was born I was 0% of their age. In 34 years I'd be 66% of their age and in 68 years I'd be 75% (and so on).

This is basically a trend towards 100% as time approaches infinity so, in a galactic sense we are all the same age (billions of years can approximate to infinity on this scale).

    Any questions?

Age seems such a concrete notion. Not at all fluid and I do believe in relativity.

    So:

Physically, 54 on Wednesday (share birthday with awjm - Happy Birthday to us!)
Mentally, anywhere between 18 and 80.
Emotionally, somewhere between 24 and 54.

    However, most importantly:

    Before a QPR game I am a healthy 54.

After a QPR game, anything upwards of 88.

    COYRssss!!!

65 and still got the dodgy barnet!! There wasn't a chart when I was born.....although the first record I bought was I tought I taw a putty tat by Sylvester and Tweetie Pie....sad or what, didn't even have a record player at the time. When I did get one,, it looked like a vanity case, (still got it today) next one was Buddy Holly. All time number one oldie for me is Go Now, Moody Blues. Bought it wore it out and got another one. Favourite record for my best time in life was Power of Love by Jennifer Rush....great pub and publicans.

Don't think 'baby-boomers' can be 100 years of age, although I feel as such, so I guess you can subtract 49 off it.
Even though I was born at a very early age, I still don't recall much about 1961.

I thought my age was a points total which at the start of the Season I felt was realistic to achieve ----

Another old git I'm afraid. Will be 65 on New Years Eve. Watching many years of Div 3 (South) was character building, especially when Jack Taylor was manager.

    Christ on a bike!

At 41 I'm a virtual young whipper snapper as far as Not606 goes.

    This thread proves several things

    1. Some of you are most definitely old enough to know better

    2. With age comes wisdom, but sometimes age comes alone

    3. The old believe everything, the middle-aged suspect everything, and the young know everything.

You can decide where you fit into this...
