    PSH doesn't live in Gloucester and he isn't in the Air Force. He is, however, the skipper of the Buckie Fishing Fleet - and the initials PSH stand for Prawns, Salmon and Halibut, three seafoods for which he has an unhealthy infatuation, but none of which can be found in the local waters.
