There are a number of footballers who are complete ****s. However, if they perform for their team they are heroes to them Barton, Marlon King, Bowyer, and many others. Even Bullard. win a couple of games for us and we forgive, win 10 and we worship. We're all fickle!

I personally wouldn't take Campbell back on a permanent. He's been out for a long time with a bad injury which could really effect his game, it'd be too much of a risk to sign him permanently. I'm sure he'd be welcomed back by the majority though.

As a loan maybe a good idea. Dunno about trying to get him permanent though. The only real sucess he's had was with us, not done it up there with Sunderland in the prem.

I wouldnt welcome him back, even if he,d turned into a Messi while at Sunderland. Lets have Pearson back when Lesta Sack him by the end of the season while we.re at it

It don't matter what we think, if Barmby wanted him here we'd have to support him as a City player - loan or permanant.

What would you do? Boo him??????

Nobody has ever disputed that he made the right decision for himself. The problems came from all the comments about him only wanting to sign for us running for several weeks and him then ****ing us off for the extra cash. If him/his old man had just kept their traps shut while they waited for their better offer there wouldn't have been a problem, then the little twat decided to rub salt in the wounds with the nature of his celebrations against us.

You knew that you risked getting slated, that's why you did not mention Turner!

Campbell had his head turned, but up until then he had Hull City at his feet. Welcome him back, to be honest I don't know where he will fit in.

Its amazing how many bitter twisted people there are on here. What you can't forget about Frazer Campbell is he was a key figure in out promotion season and without his 15 goals (i think) IMO we wouldnt have gone up and wouldnt have had the ride in the premier league. He was as key a figure as Windass was, if not more so. Yes he left us for more money but at the end of the day, he did was was best for him ( or what he thought was best for him) if there is more money that comes by most people would take it, When he was with us he was a great player with pace and a good finish so i would happily welcome him back, Theres no room for sentiment when it comes to players and clubs in football nowadays, unless its a player that has supported the club they play for. People are too easily hung up on the bad rather than the good.

Well Turner was the 2nd player he told me! All I will say is we HAVE approached Sunderland for Campbell and possibly Turner. We will have to see how it pans out.

If Frazer Campbell wore the Black and Amber and played like he wanted to be here, why wouldn't I support him?
