And Swansea are 58.1% in second place, but when it comes to pass accuracy your no where to be found?

Pass Accuracy

Arsenal 85.8%
Man City 85.7%
Swansea 85.4%
Liverpool 84.2%

As you can see Swansea are in the top 3 on pass accuracy, looking forward to you boys coming to the Liberty, particularly now we are starting to get back to our best, should be a good game, from 2 teams that play the right way!..............<cheers>

Simple answer: we employ a bit of a wrinkle on possession football that seems to have been imported from Marcelo Bielsa...quick-strike vertical passes to the flanks, particularly after dispossessing opponents, to catch teams when their defenses have pushed up the pitch. Consequently we have the second highest total of long balls played, and a lower percentage overall because they're speculative plays with a high payoff when completed. Well, when we have Jay Rodriguez, at least; haven't found anyone capable of exploiting the space quite as well.

That would seem to explain things! Great pairing Lallana and Rodriguez, we had hoped early season to have had a similar situation with Michu and Bony, but in just never happened, though Michu's injury this season has not helped, thanks for Nathan Dyer by the way, what a great little player he has been for us over the years!................<cheers>
 
Just watching Bayern Munich have loads of possession, as Athletico did in the 1st leg against Chelsea, Liverpool did also against Chelsea and we did against Villa twice. It's not how much but what you do with it that counts.
