Tons of possession & Swansea moved from League 1 to the Premier League in 3 seasons & will start a 2nd Premier League season in the fall . Cardiff , not much possession ( mostly hoof hoof hooray ) over 7 or so seasons & still in the Championship . .
the big big difference between barca and swansea is barca play in the opposition`s half while swansea play in theyre own half........the only other difference i see....would be a history of winning things,the best players in the world,a hundred thousand seater stadium,fan base world wide,a brilliant city,sunshine,pretty women........................and lets not forget they dont gives jobs 2 big lip ****e that steal bags.

dont kid yourselves guys, barce were in complete control and had several clear cut chances, fair play chelsea had a game plan to go direct and unsettle them and it 'worked' because they won 1-0 but 9/10 times they would lose that game 3-0 and i suspect thats what will happen in the camp nou.
I had the game on in the background and watched quite a bit of it. Totally agree Swamp. Chelsea rode their luck, got a lot of blocks in and were saved by the post. As with my 44% comment for us against Derby, just a bit of banter.
Banter until someone puts you right - you've been banging the same silly drum for ages. Spot on, Swamp. How Chelsea won that game is beyond me, but fair play they did what the Toon did to us. Let us have 75% possession and then hit us on the break. 3 chances resulted in 2 goals. Fact is if you have much higher possession stats you are dramatically increasing the chances for your team to win the game. You may not win it, but you have a much better chance of winning it. Aber is right for once. Barca do it better than us because they play almost entirely in the opposition's half - but it helps when your squad is worth 200 times ours. As for the moron Hughs having a go at supposed 'plastics' I suppose all those asians in Malaysia that are apparently all wearing Cardiff shirts (yeah right) aren't plastics then? Tool.
