As you all know I’m an eternal optimist. Red and white tinted specs. So here are my positives from today:

Had a pint with @Smug in Boots @Gordon Armstrong and @MrRAWhite before the match

    That’s it. I’m done.

Seems a good crowd. There's life in the league campaign yet, don't fret.

At least we don't have a manager who punches the other manager in the tunnel like Barton did today. Jumped up little chav.

Our defence was awful today but Ross is a class act and will get us back on track.

We are still very much in the mix...you think by today's reaction we are f*cked....amazing really when we are still in a great position. Let's have no meltdowns till the season is finished...and we lost out in the play offs. So much still to play for. Faint hearts.....go and f*ck yourselves!

I’m not having a meltdown and still firmly believe we will go up top 2, but that was a ****ing shambles.

Let’s not sugar coat it, it was a pile of ****ing bullshit performance.

That said, my birds been on one of them ‘preening’ days and when she gets out the shower I’ll forget all about the game so the day ain’t a total loss haha.

Love you guys!! You lot have a perverse sense of humour. I feel you will be well fired up when you play my beloved Pompey that you will win 4-1 to make up for the defeats earlier in the season.

when we were in the prem i prayed every Saturday for a win, when we got relegated i was at my house in Kenya so didn't get the last four score, due to **** internet.
when we were in the championship same again every Saturday without fail, then relegated, conclusion hes not listening so waste of time,
enter div 1 same again we were doing ok but not automatic promotion spot, so last weekend as you lot all know i got the coconut mat from the front door pointed it east and did my bit for the lads we pulled it back from Burton, this week at 1-3 down i did the same we came back and back again , i was up and down on that mat so much my knees were red raw, so i couldn't help with their last goal. And knowing our record at Wembley i deffo don't want the play offs. So next week ill try again , but if it doesn't work they can stick religion where the sun don't shine.

that defence is pathetic just when we get rid of the rubbish goalies' Flanagan 'and allen come on the scene. I am at the end of my tether with this club and might be my last season as a supporter.

I ****ing hate Allen, game after game it's like he doesn't exist.

Seriously though I'd hate to **** my pants over every loss like you do. Nobody likes losing but throwing a tantrum over it as a grown man is embarrassing.

Not the best time to lose an unbeaten home record...but one defeat all season should not derail all the good work that has been done this season. I really hope this acts as a massive wake up and they treat the last 5 games accordingly. That said. Jack needs to look at the personnel in defence...way too fragile.

Has it been mentioned already that the 2 defenders will be on the way out if we get promoted. Maybe that was self preservation yesterday. F*cking pathetic does not do it justice.

**** off then you prick. You’re not a ‘supporter’ anyway with that ****e.

We have barely been top 2 all season if we end up in the playoffs it’s what we deserve.

It’s a lottery, but one we could win. Yesterday was utterly pathetic and needs addressed but the club doesn’t need any **** who’s support is conditional.

Sunderland till we die Monty. You either are or you aren’t. Last thing we need under pressure at this stage of the season is doom mongers, the support has been awesome all season and it needs to remain. We remain in control, **** knows how you’d go on if we were at the other end and desperate for support.

    Whoppa.
