Ipswich aren't any more a poor side than we are. They're only below us on goal difference. Also, I watched their game with the Posh, and how can you say they had 'the rub of the green'? The phrase 'you can only beat what's put in front of you' springs to mind. Even when playing against 9 men, you don't score seven goals and have 90% of possession because of 'the rub of the green'. They also came from behind to beat Palace, and from 0-2 down at Millwall to draw. We've not shown that kind of resolve for months. OK, they've lost their last two games (one being a League Cup match), but both were against two big-spending sides who make up half of the current top-four. And at worst a draw!? Is it Weed or Acid? Probably, but that's not relevant. I bet there are millions!
2-2 draw, would like to see Waghorn and Mclean start up front, but I recon it will be Fryatt and Mclean start with Waghorn maybe replacing Mclean somewhere in the proceedings.
I'll hold my hands up for my error of judgement earlier in this thread, I thought Fryatt was a nailed on starter (as explained), but obviously my telepathic thoughts to NP were not successful. Come on City....
Good call! Great atmosphere today, could and perhaps should have got another when we seemed happier to waste time.
Sorry Erik, you negative sad B*****d If all your going to do is slate City and say we are a poor side like Ipswich I suggest you go and support another team you F**k wit !!
Just plain negativity Manuel, this Erik guy is clueless and a pathetic excuse for a football fan, he certainly aint a City fan !!!
So I was'nt too far off Erik was I? Unlike your expert prediction based on performances so far !!! Ha ha... You loser
We did the opposite of what you predicted, your negativity was unwarranted and we came away with the 3 points from a hard working away performance. A good win today, humble pie for you it is!
