Now i know that there are no facts behind this, however does anyone else feel that this maybe part of a deal to sign Lee and Whelpdale? Assuming that all proceed from the game go to peterborough.

Considering that we have told Ebbsfleet to move their game to another time so that the game best fits Posh it does seem like this could be a possiblilty...

Funny enough, when I heard about the fixture it was the first thought that went through my mind.

However, haven't looked up any news articles regarding these two recently, so cannot remember what the situation was with them.

Yeah i think both said that they were 'sad to leave' (FM phrase). definately hope this is what Gills have in mind...Just waiting for a little more info on it now!
