Think, Posh may have accepted a bid from Everton, unless a deal involving Cody is involved, as they were at one time interested in Cody.

I just also read on bbc sport page posh are about to break there record transfer for a replacement for CMS. There current record is 400k for joe lewis........Chris Martin??? or Cody???

Hope it is to us. Would be a good signing, never stops running!

Hopefully it plays in to our favour that we chased him for the best part of last season so clearly want him and PL having a squad with great harmony, esp in comparison to QPR.

If Posh are about to break their transfer record, chances are we're not signing CMS. If we were, then it'd be a part exchange deal, which I don't think would count? If we pay £2m + Cody, I don't think they can really call that their record transfer. I rate Cody quite highly, I think he's potentially better than Martin, so I hope he isn't going the other way though. I can't see it being any of our other players though if it was a part exchange deal.

Some people saying us, some people are saying qpr! The sun out of the blue said it was us, though not proving it. But then ladbrokes say it was qpr though they think there bid was £1.5mil, so that shows what they know. Then on skysports transfer centre there were reports that we were the club that had a bid accepted, though it was announced this morning but then weve also had another bid rejected for morison today, which time of the day i dont know... But what club who have signed a striker already would bid for 2 more in the space of a couple of hours!!? I think its not us personally

If there's any mileage in it I'll be chuffed to death - moreso than with James Vaughan.

But having said that, I wasn't one of Simeon Jackson's biggest fans but he basically went a long way to getting us promoted. ILWT.

it is in the sun newspaper that norwich are the close to signing cms this paper got the james Vaughan transfer correct so it looks like we r getting him great last time i saw him play was for my old team i supported Dagenham & Redbridge which i was a season ticket holder for 4 years before i moved to norwich it will be great to see him again
