    He’s a **** because? An awful attitude?
He’s completely loyal to Portugal and never missed a game ever for them
    He’s unhappy about been dropped
Wow really good on him for that

did you see him applauding and celebrating one of the goals? You must hate that

They destroyed Switzerland tonight. Game against near neighbours Morocco is going to be fascinating. Not sure what the future for Ronaldo is. Without him they have shown that they can play with ease and with a sense of freedom. With him, everything must be played through him and I think it is negative for the team now.

No denying he's in the twilight of his career,he's a divisive figure, loved and loathed(a bit like marmite) ,but explain in what way he's held Portugal back for a few years?

He's been the figurehead for his National Team since he was a kid and the end is high but he's never lacked in a Portugese shirt...

Don’t know why people are surprised at this. He celebrated every Portugal goal from the touch-line. Don’t know why he was dropped but he didn’t look like he was throwing a strop.

Yep, I agree with you - he played his role graciously considering where he found himself in such a big global match; the piece about splinters was just a pathetic attempt by me at humour).
