So the show pony gives us the 3 points. Struggled to get a grip in the second half as we did in the first 20mins.
We worked hard and deserved the points imo.
Well done team.

first time ever fawa WENT ALL THE WAY THROUGH! and missed the last 35 mins due to visitors!!!!!!
ccomments re Sincs .... whilst they play long balls through for him to chase it means city likely might get possession [or not ] and means draws them back from our goal area/half and consumes time!
1-0 is points badly needed getting tighter at the top!

Well done Struber and the lads. Good away win - hard fought in the end - Pompey threw everything at us.
Twine looked like he picked up a dead leg. He wasn’t happy when he was subbed off.

He seemed dischuffed with the challenge that gave him the injury, he thought it deserved a foul, which it did

Gotta say a welcome three points but we should have put that game away first half -second half they got right back into the game. You could just see the goal coming.
Luckily we keep them out just.

I would think so, yes

It was full, but no longer a H&S violation.

worse on the way back after pompey met city at fratton bridge for a row and the police insisted with charm that you are all leaving on the next train and only the next train or the dogs are on you!!!!!

No Cowboys and Indians at Fratton Bridge, or anywhere as far as I could see despite a sizeable element of now aged City fans who used to go to games to do a job.

Last time i went down there it kicked off big time- stones were being thrown into our end our lot were going mental lions caged in the away end went off big time.

Was that when Adam Locke scored (1-0)?

I am really getting old as I remember the only time watching City play at Fratton Park was back in the early 70's and I seem to remember a 1-1 draw was the score on that day. Due to such an early start I didn;t get up at 4:00 a.m. to watch the game but a 0-1 score fits the bill and so well done to you all. :emoticon-0137-clapp
