I know, I might start the "Hull City promotion party" thread on our board just for all the lovely Hull fans who visit here... I mean, they are already promoted and we definitely aren't, right?

We've been up there all season, to not even make playoffs now would be absolutely gutting.

Ed man, seriously, i think you should watch a re run of the match, it was bloody dire stuff from both teams to be fair. Tho as stated earlier, not a bad performance with 10 men for 87 mins or so, however, its not about performnces at this stage of the season, its only points that count, and 1 win in 10 is simply not good enough.
The realists among us have prob all but given up on promotion, and on current form it would be more by luck than anything esle if we made them , and to be honest if we did atually do it,(which i dont think we will, just for the record), i seriously can't see us troubling any of the other 3 teams in them. Our midfield is inneffective and our final 3rd is woeful at present.
I couldn't care less if Pearson stays or goes, im more concerned about getting rid of some of the dross in our squad, and bringing in more strength in depth, cos its blatantly obvious that we dont have it at the min

Nothing's been said about our season. In truth all we hoped for was a play-off place.
What is hilarious is the BIGGEST (LOL) Club in the division fcuking it up once more.
The irony now is that even if you recover, to some degree, you will be helping our promotion charge. If, on the other hand, you continue to work your way down the league, happy days, the biggest set of tossers in the league get what they deserve; nowt!

I think you'll find we won the Third Division North trophy in 1966.
As for easier run ins: HCAFC: Huddersfield (a), Watford (h), Middlesbrough (h), Ipswich (a), Wolves (a), Bristol City (h), Barnsley (a), Cardiff (h).
LCFC: Barnsley (a), Brighton (a), Birmingham (h), Bolton (h), Palace (a), Watford (h), Forest (a).
Barnsley are in form and are looking good to avoid the drop, Brighton is always a tough game, Birmingham and Bolton are both tough fixtures before playing three in form teams. We have to play two promotion contenders and 6 average sides. I'd probably say out of all of them we'll most likely drop points at Boro and Barnsley. But I know who's run in I'd rather have.
Not a good time to be a Foxes fan ... certain inevitability about the result yesterday ... but the season is not over yet and it's time to stand up and be counted - as I posted on another thread, great support last night - tremendous noise - Pearson has to act in the loan market (if he is still allowed the chance) we need some steel in midfield, Drinkwater and James looked like 'little boys lost' yesterday ... and Konchesky and Nugent are both due a 'rest' ... IMHO
