I pay €130 for telly, broadband and landline with Sky sports plus another €6.99 for Netflix.I'm getting pissed off with Sky sports now since BT came in which is a separate charge, less football but same bill:mad:

Mick, I phoned Sky and stated my case about BT Sport. Said it was a con and I was leaving, they gave me £18 a month off the bill.

Maybe but my reasoning for paying for Sky sports was that it would work out cheaper than going to pub, save the pennies and my relationship:emoticon-0131-angel

I'd rather spend ma dough up the pub to watch the fitba that gie they thieving bastards at Sky/Virgin/etc a penny more than I have to. True, it costs a lot more to go up the boozer, but it's a point of principle. And I don't have many of those, so I tend to stick rigidly to the ones I do have <laugh>

Sky is the biggest con going, £180, that's over £2k a year.

The fitba coverage is ****e now as well. Jamie Carragher and Jame Redknapp <doh>

I like a man with principles but if you're a Toon supporter this season like me you'd be keeping your head down!

Gambol supports Rangers... Even Newcastle with your horse-punching fans and Glesga-kissing manager are less of a shambles than that mob.

I know but fine line with Newcastle and it'll get worse for Rangers when Ashley takes over his club, selling Celtic merchandise in Rangers club shop was only the start<laugh>

I noticed on the BBC website that John Brown has started mouthing about Rangers in the media again, since he got his jotters off Dundee.

You know that these poor people who can't afford food are seriously underrepresented on this site when the conversation starts wandering off towards Sky bills, Netflix and the pub.
