It really isnt. I know you like to suggest you know anything and everything about the club and I might not get as regular info as you, but when I get it, it's right. I think the only time I have ever posted something that was wrong was when I said Ash wouldnt play again but that was the feeling at the time.
I don't care how reliable your source is, to suggest that we took a squad player from Wigan, at the end of his career and agreed to pay him £44k a week is beyond ridiculous. It's one thing to pay that for a marque signing who's on the fringes of the England squad, but for Kilbane? Not a chance, the reality is that the reported £28k a week was already a piss poor deal, £44k a week is beyond even Duffen's stupidity.
if you have access to kevin kilbane's bank details and personal tax information, i'd suggest that you are either breaking client confidentiality, or the law of course. Then I wouldnt worry much about OLM, moreso PC Plod chapping on your door at any time
To be fair, £44k a week for Kilbane does seem a tad bit eccentric. Has OLM previously stated; to sign someone who's on that money from Wigan Athletic, who has passed his prime, and started to really get on is just too unbelievable for me. Unless Duffen was mentally disturbed, that can't be the sum.
