    In fact, I advised all 14 Charlton fans on this great forum including @TC (Lovely Geezer) to back us. We were 4/1 on Betfair and 7/2 on the High St.

    I have won enough backing CAFC in the last 4 games to be able to afford to buy @The mighty Elfsborg a new blow up doll.

    This is what Lee Bowyer can do, even with restrictions on wages for the division.

    Now he and his staff have an owner who believes in him, and will back him, and will get the Club running properly again.
    Now LB doesn't have to worry about bulls**t owners on top of everything else.
    Given a little time there is nothing we can't achieve.

    Sounds more serious in Maddison’s case.

    Is he going to be another JFC / Ben Reeves / Williams .... a player we get 15 games a season from.

    In an attempt to think optimistically, this is one season where we may have a proper squad. So 15 games might be enough. Even with Doughty out too. Hopefully Gilbey will be ok.

    Longer term, he’s on a 1 year deal isn’t he? So if the gamble doesn’t pay off, we can thank him and say goodbye.

    Bowyer takes over in March and we surge to a play off finish.
    Next season he takes us up.
    Last season till December we were flying, afterwards it went downhill.
    This season up till the beginning of November we were flying.
    I like you because you boooooo.
