Yellow card for Viktor Johansson for something he said to the officials and/or the Pompey bench. 90 + 2 minutes.
Final whistle. 3-1 home win. Excellent performance, our 6th win and a draw in our last seven home matches - that's 19 points out of a possible 21. Certainly makes up for our poor away form. The win takes us up to 18th in the table, overtaking Stoke City!

Another good win! The two early goals had unusual features. The penalty was a clear foul for a push on Lang but such fouls in the penalty area are so seldom penalized that I almost felt we were lucky to be awarded it! The second goal was unusual because it was a goal keeper assist. A defender and the goal keeper both had time to deal with it. From Lang's point of view he put effort into pursing a lost cause and got a reward. I will feel more comfortable if we can win our game in hand against Millwall next week. Good to see Atkinson play 90 minutes. PUP
Breathe esay guys! This squad is better than many have assumed over.the season so far. After 12 years away from the Championship, it is a learning curve for all. And unlike many, a club doesn't necessarily have to splurge vast sums of money. I don't think Sunderland have, while Hull splashing out more for Kamara than our entire squad cost!
