    Hmm, born in London and educated at Westminster school and the only club that has players he has ghost written autobiograpies for have have been the Scousers.

    The most important thing that matters to any football fan is how the team does on the pitch and in a local derby it is about achieving bragging rights so that was mission accomplished for all the real Saints fans who really don't give a damn who the owner is TBH Woops.

    The only thing that "matters" in a sporting cup competition is who wins and is in the next round of it.

    The only three things I will say Saints Alive are (1) don't knock the Scousers, as you are of course the 'main feeder club' to them for players :emoticon-0136-giggl .. (2) do you believe Saints are capable of beating Man Citeh away in the next round, and in the league in the same week ?; and (3) when will the useless Che Adams ever score a first team goal for you ? To my mind, he was very poor. Hardly a bargain at £11 million is he ?!

    Having said that, you deserved your win, but with an expensively built team like yours, so you should have done. Good luck in the next round <cheers>

    Nah, not knocking them Woops i'm just raising doubts about the validity of Mr Winter's claim to be a true red and white blooded Saints fan...:)
    Btw they don't come knocking at your door for players because you are invisible stuck down there in Div 3...:grin:
    Plus you should be thankful that we probably saved you from an even bigger thrashing at the hands of Citeh...:emoticon-0110-tongu

    Fwiw Woops I was a little bit disappointed with the atmosphere from you lot and was expecting a bit more really. I did miss the first 15 thanks to Hampshire's finest mind which is likely when it was at its loudest.

    Suppose we couldn't hear the Fratton end over ourselves and vice versa. Nice show for the cameras after the fourth mind :biggrin:
