Half time whistle. 2-0 to Pompey. We have played really well, and been in almost total control so far. We need to keep attacking them in the second half.

Red card for Tom McIntyre for a "soft foul" on Pinnock. 54 minutes. It looks to be a perfectly timed challenge from the debutant. Nobody can quite believe that a red card has been brandished.
Paddy Lane with his second goal of the match, and his 9th of the season. 58 minutes. Callum Lang steals the ball from a Northampton free-kick and surges up the pitch. His pass to Paddy Lane is slightly behind the Northern Ireland international, but he controls it brilliantly and smashes home from the edge of the box.
Callum Lang in the 71st minute. That's his second goal in two matches. Marlon Pack's free-kick is nodded towards the back post by Connor Ogilvie and Callum Lang volleys home.
4-1 now as Leonard scores.. A thumping 20-yard finish from Leonard that goes in off the underside of the bar.
Final whistle. 4-1 home win, and all three points. Top of the table, 4 points clear of Derby, and 5 points ahead of Bolton. Thoroughly deserved victory, and good home debut for Callum Lang. I hope the club challenge the red card for Tom McIntyre with the FA. Both the commentators on Radio Solent thought that it was a fair challenge by the player, and it wasn't even worthy of a yellow card !!
