Reading between the lines that was a hard-fought draw. Is it time to give Wheeler a runout, and rest one of Curtis/Lowe in order to keep them fresh? It would necessitate a change of formation if both were dropped to the bench in order for both to regain their freshness.
Good match to watch, and two lovely headers from Oli Hawkins and Matt Clarke for our goals. We were excellent in the first half and should have scored a couple more goals to be honest. Burton came out all guns blazing after the break, and their sub Devante Cole scored with his first touch. Soon after they were 2-1 up as our defence seemed to lose concentration completely. Matt Clarke earned us a point, but I believe we deserved all three on the basis of how we played. Dion Donohue went off injured which is a worry, as he has only recently recovered from injury. Ben Thompson was man of the match, and well deserved it was with an excellent all round performance.
