also take a look at Henderson's twitter page, if any of you are on twitter?, some ridiculous comments starting with the skate stuff right through to comments about his mother and him being a ****phile. he done very well to rise above all the banter and missiles and performed in a very professional manner so I'm not quite sure what the reason behind them all are. it seems the two thrashings have left a bitter taste that some where a bit to sure they would get revenge for at fratton. sorry to say it but we are not just going to roll over cause your top of the league. not to mention the fact that we are in better form than you over the last seven games. admittedly the bulk of you u-turned in the weeks leading up to the game but i feel there was still a few to many cock sure fans that expected you to run riot.
This thread was about how Sunday's game coverage highlighted the hate between the clubs and the abuse the players received. No one is saying it wouldn't have been the same at st Mary's. Both clubs have a poisoned set of fans. What I don't get is that your comments are just stoking the fire. If saints fans did throw flares and bottles they are stupid idiots.

And as for the grabbing shirts and shouting at players 2ft away from the fans..............Errmm Try 1ft away and doing the same at the Dell. HAve we forgotten where we used to play and how tight that ground was? And before anyone say Saints fans didn't grab players shirts....Yes they did. Every time without fail.... And of course Saints fans do not swear at all. Come on guys, along with several other posters who only see what Guly doesn't do rather than what he does and others who are obviously more deserving of the Saints manager's position as well as those that think because we have money we should spend it all in January and follow the PL herd (many of whom are heavily in debt due to it) I am starting to wonder what kind of Saints fans we have on here. Are those who say (and maybe actually see) these things all blinkered or blinded by the halo on our badge or think the PL has made football better? And I am only 36 not someone who hankers for the good old days of 'Chopper' style players or holiganism however reality tells me that winding back to pre PL days would be good and I can also see that by no means are Saints fans actual Saints nor other supporters any worse behave than our own.
