Playoffs at best then it becomes a lottery worse teams than ours have gone up via that route

    Automatics? No chance

Via play-offs? No we're not good enough.

My personal view is that we will slip out of the top 6 the way its going unless a drastic change happens. It won't happen under Redknapp who will blame it all on injuries

I think the Rs will make the play-offs. How they get there, whether limping or through some semblance of form, remains to be seen. As has been said many times recently, our form against the better sides has been terrible, but we have seen on many occasions 'form' during a season being overturned at the end. It seems to be the teams that finish strongly in the season to make the play-offs that are able to continue that momentum. Our problem of course is the inability to score goals, which naturally is a massive concern when you consider the opposition would most likely be Derby, Reading, Nottm Forest etc. If the Rs are to progress, then I fear we're in for more of the same: extremely tight games and ultimately disappointment.

I think the top two will stay as they are and Derby, Forest, Wigan and Reading will be in the play-offs...

I don't know. Still 45 points to be played for, they are ours if we want them. It's a competitive league but the quality is low. We need a settled team and more urgent approach, can Redknapp deliver? Traditionally his teams are not at their strongest in the second half of the season though.

I think you will go up. Just a little blip. Most teams have one. Better to have it now rather than the end of the season like Leicester did last year

I think it's 50/50 but certainly not guaranteed. I don't think we'll get an automatic promotion spot, anyway.

We've lost about 15 points on the leaders in 2 months, we have to not lose 7 points on 7th in 2.5 months.

Current form would suggest we won't make it.

4 games ago we were 3 clear of Burnley with a chance to make it 6. Now we are 7 behind.

100% sure even today after a real disaster of a result.

We will get there automatically as there are 45 points still to win 101pts max we have just under a 1/3 of the season left

15 games and a lot to play for but we need a win and it has to come Saturday now even for me Mr Deluded

Burnley V Derby and to be honest i expected us to be 2nd position today before reeling in the Foxes who will demolish Charlton?

Have to agree we not only need to do Leeds but we need to do it well ... enough is enough

Yes - we get our act back together after Charlie & Simpson return and just make the playoffs, winning a scrappy 2-1 final over Derby at Wembley.

I think we can. Probably less likely via automatic than playoff.

Think how this team was evolving before the injuries kicked in?

If Charlie is fit and Simpson and Phillips are back, we are more than a match for any team in this league.

I agree - it ain't over til the fat lady sings but she is clearing her throat.

I hope we go up but I am not optimistic about it happening. And would we get there with a side that would be able to stay up or will be back down here year after next. Not even mentioning possible penalties from Fiianancial Fair Play
