What do you expect from a country that elects an old Etonian PR man as Prime Minister?

OK...I have been fairly quiet on this, I think I have seen enough to comment

I like Ramsey a lot, I really do. I will not say a bad word against him, because he was lumbered with a squad low in numbers, ability and motivation, and he has not shied away or buckled.
Today I feel at least 3/4 of the team were playing with injuries that would have normally kept them out of the team....but we had no backups....That was Arry and TFs fault not Chris'

He has shown a great deal of integrity through this...Well done Chris

I think he improved the team from what he was left with, which was not a lot....But not enough
..... and because of that we need a new broom, a new start.

So next season, we need a completely new start.
Shame, because starting on an even playing field, CR could have done something....but now, with us, I think he is shot too

    We are a poisoned chalice
    Sorry Chris

I'm sorry Beth, but he hasn't improved the team at all!

Didn't vote as I said I'll give Ramsey a chance until we are down.

So now we are, I vote no.

Please correct me if I'm wrong BUT ............ would it be fair to say, a good manager can lift a team of lessor players and improve previous results.
A poor manager will get little from a team of stars. Chris Ramsey may be a good coach but he unfortunately did very little, if any, to lift our mob.

Chris should be retained to do the job he was originally brought in to do .......... coach the youth squads.

First and foremost, we need a manager who can now piece together a team of basically nobodies and mould them to create a team that wants to play not only for the club but each other. This may take time but the attitude of the players and their ability to click together, should not. If they respect the manager, the reaction should be immediate for which we can build on.

As we seem to be intent on rewarding failure CR will probably get a 3 year deal not 2 after the City capitulation.

Nothing against him personally he may have integrity & come across well but at the end of the day it's about results & his record albeit in difficult circumstances is absolutely appalling.

Let us remember that we also have our very own Mr Motivator in Steve Black. Whilst it doesn't seem to have done Joey any harm, it appears that Black is totally impotent when it comes to working with players who NEED motivation.

Then, of course, there is the legendary Les Ferdinand who, considering his experience in the game, appears to have done begger all in the motivation game.
