Sorry. Voted before I read that. However I voted seriously in a non-wummish way.

I think it's worth giving him the season. He's earned the dignity to try and turn things around and I don't see anyone else doing a better job. Certainly not AVB or Rodgers.

ditto. It depends on whether there is friction in the squad. We can't know that.
 
I think the club would be nuts to sack him. Give him until the end of the season.
 
Torn between 'until christmas' and 'end of the season'.

He has definitely earned the right to try and salvage this mess and to be fair I can't think of a replacement I'd really want. Let's face it though, we look absolutely atrocious and it does appear that the players have lost faith with him. Pair that up with the fact he's acted like a total arse in front of any camera pointed at him and it's quite unacceptable really, especially considering we're the champions!!

I agree, he does need to sort himself out. Any other manager would be gone by now. But he's a club legend and it probably took a bit of pride swallowing for Roman to ask him back for a 2nd time. Wouldn't look great to sack him again!

Part of me thinks it would be good for the club to be patient for once though - but Jose has to help himself as well by not getting sent of and rowing with everyone etc!

tbh i'm still in the mourinho in camp. As much as i didn't want mourinho to stay in 2007 as i felt his football was boring and and dull and could never see us dominate play, i wouldn't want mourinho, a legend of chelsea to end on such a low. He has earnt the right to take us to mid table this year, get rid of the trouble makers and come back stronger with us next year
 
Like I have mentioned earlier. He needs to be made the next Fergie or let go immediately.
I don't see the former happening ever, so latter it is and I say soon.
 
I'm glad Allerdyce has got a job or he would have been a shoo in for the Chelsea job, with fighting relegation being his forte, he would have kept them up.
 
We won the title last year.
He deserves the rest of the season at least to try turn this around.
Sacking him now would be daft, who we gonna get to come in?
AVB? No thanks
Rodgers? Definitely no thanks.
Sherwood? <laugh>

He should get the rest of the season without question.
Saying that, everytime we lose a game we shouldn't have, I go on a 30 minute rant about how I want him gone, but then I calm down.
End of the season for me to see if he can pull us out of this. If we finish top 4, keep him on too.

Indeed.
Jose has gone 5 months without a trophy and people are calling for him to be sacked.
Wenger went 9 years with no silverware and was untouchable.
