But the outrage is aimed at punk bands and activists calling out a genocide the UK is complicit in.

Words are much more offensive than murdering civilians if you're led to believe what the government and press tells you.

When's it going to stop?
When you follow what is really happening in Gaza by ignoring mainstream media and listening to other outlets it becomes increasingly clear that this is all about Israel wanting to destroy the Palestinians and lay claim to the land.
I’m beginning to wonder if Iran getting a nuclear weapon might actually calm Israel the **** down.
And if it didn’t and the two countries decided to mutually destroy each other then we would see the end of two evil regimes.

I would wait to see how badly Reform councillors perform and when the first of them get challenged by elements like Trade Unions , increased Council Tax bills , mismanagement and reduction of public services , etc , etc. There will be chaos in those councils where they have control.

I would concede Farage could become Leader of the Opposition at a long shot but FPTP will deny him an election win. Even if he did achieve LotO , any incumbent PM would quickly take him down and make him the laughing stock he is.

This is just a flash in the pan moment like Nick Clegg.
Farage would need to be re-elected to become PM and for that to happen he will have to start acting as an MP.
One year on from being elected he has had zero surgeries with his constituents. In one case he has ignored several emails from a mother of two, who became homeless. She contacted the local Labour Party to see if they could help and she has since been housed. If this sort of thing is repeated for the next 4 years and Starmer stops kicking the ball into his own goal, Farage could well lose his seat.

100% on your first para

Think the problem with this is that most the people who'll for him won't care about this sort of stuff.

I do not agree. The constituents can petition to have Farage removed and there are formal measures to allow this to happen. More likely that the constituents remove Farage than be becomes PM.

But the people who vote for him largely won't care about what he's doing locally. They just think he'll 'stop the boats' and start a 'war on woke'.

Reform MP Jabes McMurrock has whip removed following investigations into his business affairs. Follows Reform councillors losing control of councils yesterday.

1st para is highly possible
2nd, be careful what you wish for
3rd, remember, this is largely the extremist leaders propagating this conflict and it’s millions of relative innocents that would perish

I am not a Reform apologist, but he has asked for the whip to be removed whilst an external investigation is carried out.

A slight distinction, and I though the evidence looks on the surface damning, I do believe in innocent until proven guilty...even if it is a Reform MP.

Noted but this is so typical of Reform. They always get caught out like this. Just feel that they will continue to have the issues until the election when they will become more under the microscope. I do not feel Reform are robust enough to overcome these problems.

No one seems to have commented in the passing of Norman Tebbitt. I think that he may have been Thatcher's right hand man and I can recall a time in the 1980 when Tebbitt was extremely well respected.

It is funny what the passage of time has done to his reputation as the quoted soundbites sound dreadful in 2025. I think his ultimate achievement has been facilitating Nigel Farage whose diatribes owe alot to Tebbitt. Wierd that Tebbitt's far right views should have such a long reach.

So, does the Epstein client list exist or not.
I saw a video in which President Rapist lost his **** because journalists were “still talking about Epstein” and his liar in chief Leavitt (?) said that the US Attorney General, Pam Bondi, wasn’t specifically referring to a client list even though she gave the distinct impression that she had one.
If there is no list, despite the previous claim and the unreliable testimony of the Muskrat saying Trump was on “the list”, this would leave Ghislane Maxwell’s knowledge as the closest thing to a client list.
I don’t know if that is a good or bad thing for her future as it could make her a candidate for “early death by accident /suicide syndrome”.

Why is it that everyone can see this except for those who are supporting Farage?
It’s no coincidence that the channel crossings increased when we left the EU without an asylum seeker return policy, something that the Tories are wholly responsible for as they negotiated the Brexit deal.
So please, Tory voters, next time you want to vent about the boat crossings, first remember the part your Tory support played in the Brexit referendum taking place and for your continued support of the political party that didn’t negotiate a return policy for asylum seekers.
