Still waiting for you to acknowledge that there are literally anti-tank barricades in the capital city to stop pedestrians being murdered by terrorists

There are. That is a fact. Though they are anti car barricades, rather than tanks. I cannot remember the last time on English soil any terrorist used a tank, so more dramatic BS from you

So then what parts of London have fallen.

Do you not see that you just answered your own question?

The city is so unsafe they have had to install barriers to stop innocent bystanders from being attacked.

You think this is normal. I see it as the boiled frog effect where it’s been slowly normalised and people are willing to accept the degradation of the city.

The fact everyone keeps making a joke about it after almost a week is cognitive dissonance that you all know what I am saying is true, yet you want to make light of it to avoid the difficult conversation.

It's a concrete wall FFS. Not exactly something that's going to stop people enjoying a day out in London. If it really is that unsafe why are there millions of tourists visiting the city every year?

I make light of it as it is total dramatic BS.

London hasn't fallen. Yes there is crime, but there is in any major city in any country in the world. Any country.

We keep mentioning it (and I mean EVERYONE on here, left, right, centre, up or down) because it is so ridiculous what you come out with. And yet you try to justify it. You keep spouting ridiculous crap. I said before that you really need to learn to know your audience.

We are not laughing with you, but at you.

Similar to the devices being installed to prevent local scrotes from ram raiding the loca Co-op for vapes.

They've had to install barriers outside supermarkets, Not to stop terrorists but to stop the bastard ram raiders. You're point is. I think you probably smoke too much dope and its made you paranoic

The point is that the data shows that the actual violent attacks are mostly either Islamic extremists or far right nut jobs. Both of which have the same root cause. Poor immigration policy and a weak two tier justice.

This adolescence fiction from the government ignores all of this whilst blaming all young men… it’s scandalous.
It’s pure gaslighting.

Instead of addressing people’s concerns about Britain becoming more unsafe and how they’re unable to prevent atrocities they are shifting the blame onto young men.

Similar vibes to when Keir Stalin called everyone “far right” for wanting the Southport killer’s background investigated. (Which it turns out they are STILL trying to cover up)

All this government does is lie and gaslight. They are actually creating more harm by doing this.

If you continue to tell young men that they are inherently evil and live in this imaginary evil patriarchy they will gravitate towards figures like Tate even more. I guarantee it.

Gosh! So you actually believe that this piece of fiction is a psyop? Poor Stephen Graham. Seemed like a good piece of writing, though I thought episode 4 was a bit of a weak ending. I haven't seen anyone saying that this represents all young men, but then I don't spend my time on twitter or follow far right accounts, so we see different things I guess. I didn't see a piece of fiction that told all young men they were evil. I saw something that showed a mentally ill young man whose insecurities had been tormented.

Far right has nothing to do with immigration and everything to do with insecurity. These views aren't having problems with immigration - that's just the radicalisation talking. The only reason these links work (same with the 'we are sending all these electric porsches to albania' for example) is simple insecurity or inferiority complex.

Islamic extremism has more to do with foreign policy than immigration, but I'm sure you know that. In the same way that you know that your Southport statement is disingenuous at best.

Seeing Labour and Lib Dem’s minimising the grooming gangs in the House of Commons today was a new low point in British politics.

What you are doing here is pretty much the same thing.

Minimising the threat, minimising the danger, minimising the UK’s decline as it doesn’t suit your agenda.

It’s not normal to need barriers. It’s not normal to need armed police at Christmas markets. These are signs that something is going tragically wrong in the country.

I find it sad how desperate people are to politicise the grooming gangs situation and weaponise it as an anti-immigration thing. The grooming gangs were Pakistani - and that is an established British community. Yes, without doubt there are cultural issues and bad people are enabled by ghettoised sections of society.
However, what won’t fix it is pushing this ‘Muslim’ grooming gangs’ narrative. One of my best mates is a Muslim from Malaysia. The highest arrest rate of immigrants is Albanians - and they are not Muslims.

What I think we all object to is the dogwhistle rhetoric, the denial of the fact the UK is safer now than it was when most of us were growing up, and the desire to make everything about race. It is and always has been about poverty first and foremost. But if we want to have integrated societies, how about we stop going on and on about the divisions and start finding common ground?
