And living how you preach would involve you realising that even the people you think are trying to destroy the world with their "progressive narratives" are diverse and maybe giving the new government a year or so without condemning them would be fair.
You can't make all these judgements of everyone constantly and then accuse others of making judgements.

And when people bang on about police numbers they believe another false narrative. This is only up to 2013 and written before the 2015 election so maybe since then we saw drastic cuts but the reailty is that up to 2013 People per police officer had actually increased when in the Blair years it had hardly moved since they came to power and then increased in the first 3 years of the "Austerity Tories" coalition! This is such a hideous misrepresentation of "workload". It doesn't take into account the loss of 16,000 PCSOs for a bare minimum, the increase in paperwork, the number of police off work or restricted to desk duties. Do some actual research and come back.
The people "trying to destroy the world" have no progressive narratives. Most of it is regressive painted as progressive because that is a shield term that surely you can;t argue against progress. It is the people that have progressed and those with agendas that are intent in dividing it up again. I don't think at all that they are "trying to destroy the world" they just are oblivious to the world in general as they have narrow focuses on "the now" and how it affects their positions whether that be professionally or socially. Just a new aristocracy that they want to stay in or worm their way into and to do that depends on tribalism to the cause and to score points against the other tribe at any cost. There is no actual long term thinking about anything other than making sure they can remain in their clique.
I've long been criticising the government whether it be the Tories or Labour. This is not new because Labour got in. Government is run by civil servants. They are still the same people. They need no time to have a chance to tackle this. They are still the incumbents and the law is already there to prosecute criminal activity. They only need a nod from on high to actually put the law into practice.
Go quote a post of yourself where you were this ardent in your criticism of the Tories.

Do your own research. I agree with the paperwork bit. Bobbys on the beat is a problem but when we watch or read the commentariat they talk about police numbers not paperwork and as you know bureacracy is a key bug bear of mine hence why I hate **** like the EU.

I;ve been at them for years on there even when I was a member of the Tory Party.
The EU did not create our paperwork issue. There has been a 20% real terms decrease in police budgets since 2010. That has led to many services being cut, mixed with others, corners cut, bobbies off the beat, etc..
More importantly the cuts to social and mental health care means most of police time is now spent caring for and cleaning up after people with mental health issues.
Austerity is very much to blame.
What austerity? We were spending more money all this time yet it is still called austerity. and you seem to have drawn a straight line between EU bureaucracy and "real terms" police cuts? Why? EU is just another level of bureacracy that affects spending. I never said "police cuts" were because of the EU.
If you want to talk about "austerity" maybe better not to call spending more money as being austerity and call it for what it is/was Misuse/misdirection of public money. Corruption if you like. That they kept spending more than came in but it did not reach front lines of virtually all departments of the state. Remember through the 90s onward goverment has gotten bigger, the civil service has gotten bigger, the bureacracy has gotten bigger! That is quite probably the target people should be attacking but easier to ignore that middle and just say "austerity."
A lot of that "added paperwork" is since the lawyer class took over governments (across the world!)

Wow, you are still playing this game? We had this conversation before and you admitted the poor had felt austerity. But you want to do it again? Real terms pay cuts for every social service. Real term spending decreases for every social service. Services for the poor cut.

The above is frontline. Money is not getting to the frontline. I've already said that and increasingly it has been that way.
Social care is no different to many other avenues of work for the "lower paid." Care nursing used to be a half decent payer which stopped in the mid noughties, same as it did across "lower paid" work when a new demographic became available to be paid NMW. So yes "the poor" have felt austerity. They started feeling it when the country was booming still, Not when the Tories came in. We all ended up worse off in the mid to late noughties, hence why I stopped loading stacks of eggs onto a conveyor and went back into a decent position in office work!
But the situation got drastically worse in 2010. I worked frontline and that is a fact. Why are you so desperate to exonerate the tories? You don’t like them anyway…
I'm not. They continures Blair's legacy of robbing the poor to pay the rich. the one nation tories and their fans are the worse and since these riots started their supporters, the "moderates" or "centrists" or whatever you want to call them, have been letting slip their disdain for "the lower classes in their posts!
Tories and Labour Blairites alike they are all about presentation and their own advancement in life as well as image and most of what they present is classic Malcolm Tucker trying to sell **** as if it were gold!
Frontlines (including non state) have continually suffered in this "modern era" while policy being presented as golddust all the while the state borrowing money from the rich to pay what they've let business off for and funnelling money into their mates' and their pet project's coffers instead.
It is very easy to blame the current for major democracies people feeling the pinch when this has been a long term project (The third way) since Clinton and his fanboy Blair worked out a way to legally and openly divert the public purse away from the public! And then put the costs of that onto the future public's back too! Surely you want to end that? Surely you would rather the money went to frontline workers and frontline service and not in fees or spurious job titles (can their offices) above the frontline?
I should add that even on Conservative Home you can see the difference between the "populace" Tory though they may be and those trying to present the narratives.
Those writing the articles and appearing as talking heads on TV would have a Cleverley vs Jenrick pairing, one (current police commisioner of Leicestershire) championing Patel?? while the comments section (Tory members mostly) remain mostly behind Kemi Badenoch and have been very vocal about Jenrick's mad statement today.
The media would have us believe Tories are a split bunch that are mad loonies that would back Suella Braverman when barely anyone supports Braverman because she's mad as a box of frogs, or one nation Tories that support Cleverly because he has experience of several offices, ignoring that the guy can't stutter his way through any interview without coming off the rails (like Truss) and is purely a yes man not a leader.
Patel gets the odd plaudit here and there because occasionally she says the right things but she too many times says (and does!) the wrong things. Even within the tribal circle those at the top try to control the narrative and "persuade" people what they should be doing.
