This is worth a look, for those that criticise Corbyn as being ineffective.

It's worth noting how those defeats came about and why though. Most were result of revolts by their own people on Brexit. It's a bit of a stretch how a Leaver like Corbyn can really claim the credit.

I'm desperate to be proven wrong about this but at the moment I'm feeling that Labour are going to record a worse result than Michael Foot's 209 seats.

You’re hilarious. Why not get the **** out there and campaign for your party instead of constantly running them down?

I agree, the media demonisation of Corbyn has worked.

All I can see is a big Tory majority. Barely spoken to a single person that is keen on Corbyn.

Many, if not most, Labour MPs are committed to a second referendum. Only having one policy doesn’t give the Lib Dem’s exclusive ownership of that policy.

Isn't Labour's position to get a new Brexit deal and then ask the people to vote on that deal? Then leaving with this new super deal dependant on the result. Imo a 2nd ref. Will achieve nothing as people have become so polarised that they will double down on their first choice.

Voting Tory will certainly mean Brexit, voting Labour will probably mean Brexit.

This balancing act on Brexit they are trying to achieve will do more harm than good. They should be absolutely killing it in the polls after the ineptness of the last 2 Govt.

I did at every election until 2015. And not just elections I delivered and canvassed in between as well. I also sat as a councillor for fourteen years during which time we took over the council and returned a Labour MP for the first time since 1959. The seat is now Tory with a near five figure majority. My nearest Labour seat is Norwich South held by the excellent Clive Lewis. Unfortunately that is thirty miles away and Clive has lost faith in the leadership nearly as much as I have.

I have been a socialist ever since I could breath but at this moment I am so disappointed with the leadership of the Labour party in that their poor policy decisions for this election are going to let the most right wing Tory party ever known seize power. The Labour leadership's ineptitude will let the Tories inflict upon us the most damaging economic and political decisions of my lifetime. For the sake of the ordinary people of this country we should have fought Brexit tooth and nail. An alliance with the other opposition parties should have been formed with one very simple purpose - to have a second referendum.

And voting Liberal in seats they can’t win will certainly mean Brexit

We need the max number of Progressive MPs for the best possible outcome

With a non Right Wing majority we are in a different and better place whatever happens next

Corbyn really should have resigned imo, he must have known that he'd have next to no chance.

Shame that he's chosen to put his personal ambitions above his party/country.

You can’t have an alliance when the ‘Remain’ parties disagree on this can you

They don’t disagree. Labour will call a second referendum, and the Lib Dem’s know they won’t have enough seats to revoke Article 50, so they will have to support Labour, despite what Swinson says.
