It wouldn't be a one sided debate, it never is. If you offer a viewpoint, that is undefined and not backed up with any argument whatsoever, others will give you 100 reasons why Brexit was bad in the first place, and why this deal is bad now. Blindly repeating that your reasons are private as it's a personal feud with the EU is pointless and just because the differing opinions are many, it's still not one sided. Everyone else who posts on the politics board is absolutely dying for a post that lists WHY Brexit can ever be a good thing. Even one reason would would be good, properly backed up with facts. But the reality is that these are NO good reasons, or someone would gleefully tell us - so if there are NO good reasons, why change the status quo? If there are no good reasons, why pursue a Brexit that does not satisfy what was promised and campaigned for, will break the GFA, and if achieved at all, will be a chimera of a deal that suits nobody.
I voted leave by the way Beddy, but not because of any real issues with the EU but almost entirely from a sense of protest against the establishment and also from an innate anarchism that I can't grow out of. I then started researching what the consequences might be though, when it became clear that Brexit would be difficult to do at all, and impossible to do whilst fulfilling Leave referendum campaign promises. I started questioning some of the "facts" surrounding Brexit and I started questioning the motives of certain players.
Now I love a good conspiracy theory, great entertainment, watching the strange believing the ludicrous however I see much of the same blindness amongst many Leave supporters. It's so like a religion that it is scary. According to Leaver propaganda, there are 17.4 million people who just want it over with. They just want the Brexit they were promised and will accept No Deal as that elusive prize because they're right, and Leave won and there's nothing more to add. Probably 10% have even the slightest grasp of economics, global politics, trade, anything really. They repeat tabloid generated mantras that are nonsense they will not change.
Frankly it's Tragic Beddy, the way that the country has been split by the devious and fueled by the ignorant. It has already caused rifts that will last generations and surely, if only for that reason, Brexit should never have been started.
