Looks like EU will grant an extension until 22nd May provided the Withdrawal Agreement is approved by HoC. If not, then extension is only until 12th April.

It's a constant source of conversation at my work, and I'm not even on the same continent.

I signed it, but as much as it pains me, Imps nearly has a point.

Let's say 20 million people are against leaving. Of those 20 million, probably only 10% will bother with an online petition, and obviously the leavers won't vote. So although it shows there is a strong feeling, it really is worthless.

Or maybe I have been worn down by Mrs May's total ineptitude and incompetence. She makes Pellegrino look like a good manager.

I happen to agree with May - Parliament has let us down. However, I would put her in that too - the number one person to let us down as it was her job to sort out the mess.

I cannot understand anyone happy that we are leading ourselves down this point of no return and total destruction.

It’s not pointless to make your voice heard. Even when it seems no-one is listening (and Theresa May certainly isn’t), if you feel strongly you should always have your say.

Amazing how much we hear about the views, rights, fragile faith in the democratic process , and potential betrayal of the 17.4 million people who voted for this nonsense; but the 16.8 million who voted against are expected to shut up and go away. Well I won’t shut up. Not yet anyway.

No-one talks about Brexit when they're out. Not where I go anyway. Talk about football and other mundane stuff not politics. Real life isn't like the internet.

You can’t go out much or far then.

Work, social. It’s talked about everywhere I go.... probably because this whole cluster f#*k is so important.

EU official says that when leaders asked May what she was going to do if her deal was voted down, she would only reply that she was following her 'Plan A' of getting it through. It was then they decided 'she didn't have a plan so they needed to come up with one for her'.

how to negotiate TM style!

Has she been learning from Mauricio Pochettino?

Start another war......take our minds of brexit! <laugh>

It worked for Thatcher despite her Government's neglect in the 3 years leading up to the Argentine invasión. Who do you suggest? French fisheman when they undoubtedly clash with a British trawler somewhere in the Channel. Come to think of it, isn't it about time we had a war with our oldest enemy? If only to distract our minds.

Try being here in Aussie........because we’re from the uk they seem to think all we want to talk about is Brexit.....It’s interesting though I have yet to meet an Aussie who thinks we should remain. All and I mean all of my nieces and nephews who are out here on working visa’s surprised me........all in the 20-30 age range, all voted out. This surprised me........They all agree the whole afair seems to have been mishandled.

It was a fraudulently won referendum, with 17.4 million people or 26% of the population as a whole, 37% of the electorate in an advisory referendum which can rescind it. Voters were mislead by Barclay brothers and Rothermere propaganda along with the remain campaign spoutings by "leaders". https://thebrexitsyndicate.com/2018/07/04/the-barclay-brothers/ and https://twitter.com/bydonkeys?lang=en.
