In case you're about to try and start one, I'm not remotely interested in getting drawn into an irrelevant debate on the difference (if there is one) between Irish nationalism and Irish republicanism. The point is that the DUP are never going to prefer a government that includes Corbyn, McDonnell and Abbott(?) to having Theresa May in office.
You need to learn how it is used now, before you use it again. The alt- right use it to put down any one the disagrees with the racist, hate filled views.

You are missing the fact that on social media and at rallyes Corbyn has kept quiet about his Europe stance merely detailing the manifesto part.
While on TV and things the leavers especially the older ones are more likely to view they have been pushing the "ending freedom of movement and leaving the single market" line.
They have been selling 2 different lines to different audiences. Making the trad labour but leavers into thinking they are behind Brexit and letting the students believe they want to stay in the Single market.
McDonnell was quite clear on Peston.

Grandstanding. She knows that LGBTI rights "in the rest of the UK" are not even under discussion or to be discussed. NI is devolved on that issue. She has gone in their to make a statement on something that is not even on the table and then walked out to try and make a story.

Only people who want to close down debate start trying to call anyone "alt-right" unless they are. Lots of left leaning people use the term snowflake as well.
We are used to that. We've been saying this for years. The "so called" tolerant left. "we must get round the table and forget our differences"..........."but not with them."
Snowflake, especially social media wise is associated to alt-right, it's a simple fact. If some one says it, especially using it when talking about people being offended ( when they aren't) it becomes suspect for many my age.
