My seat (Fareham) goes Tory again, but Labour vote up 11%. Good stuff.

My political instincts are half way between Labour and old Liberal, and I'm in Romsey and Southampton North. That means that with a major miracle on a biblical scale, by voting LD [like I did] we might unseat Caroline Nokes. But I'm not hopeful as she's a pretty good MP for Romsey [f****** terrible for Southampton North, mind you] and even I can see why she gets in each time. Basically due to the constituency border being changed.

Anyway, having said that, I'm smiling at the moment, even though my local MP almost certainly won't be the one I want. :)
 
I need to go to bed but I a have the weird feeling that only by staying up can I avoid jinxing Labour's performance!

The kids can teach themselves tomorrow while I snooze.
 
So Tories will have a majority on that prediction because Sinn Fein do not take their seats.
