Labour changed to a policy of supporting the government cuts on police when Corbyn replaced Milliband as leader yet now they are critical of something they supported under his leadership!!!
A pledge to put an additional 10,000 police officers on the beat is in the Labour manifesto Imps. I'd stop wriggling if I were you.
