Not so well, with the Brexiteers dominating our contingent of MEPs - again!

    Sajid Javid

So POTUS has endorsed the views of a vile, hate-filled racist organisation that hates me and people like me. He is wrong and I refuse to let it go and say nothing.

His reward for speaking out is his omission from the State Dinner. He was the only one of the top Ministers who didn't get an invite.

Alas always doomed to failure. Too much greed in the selfservative party as we all know. They won't be forgiven by either the selfservatives nor the two main opposition parties. They're obviously too far right of the LibDems, which puts even a Blairite Labour (let alone a corbynista) party well beyond theIr remit. No appetite for another centre right party from the electorate. As much as I admire their reasons for splitting from the selfservative party they are still selfservatives. They have lost their place at the trough.

No 10 says May will only resign when she is confident her successor can command confidence of Commons.

Which year is the next election due to be held? :emoticon-0100-smile

That should be interesting seeing that none of the existing contenders would be able to win a vote of confidence. You must have someone in mind who hasn't declared yet, and follows the will of Parliament in ruling out a no deal exit.

They are all dancing for the grey rinses, all out of touch with the real issues..
They should be careful what they promise.. Because as we have seen Brexit does not always mean Brexit..

Momentum are really gunning for the Labour Deputy leader Tom Watson. They are trying to kick him out of the party due to his criticism of his party's failure to deal with anti-semitism.

It looks like Nigel Farage's Brexit Party has taken their first seat in parliament from the Labour Party.

This close result will have the same effect on those Tory MPs and party members, who are responsible for choosing the next PM, as the Brexit party actually winning the seat. This very strong showing by the Brexit party will no doubt encourage additional support for proper Brexit candidates. Farage continues to mould British politics even though he is not, as yet, part of a government.
