I fully agree, and I don't expect everyone to be an expert on everything.

She just openly claims it doesn't matter and is making completely unrealistic demands. I'm not happy at the Tories' obsession with controlling the internet, they've already started by forcing internet providers to keep logs of all sites visited, restricted certain sites and forced parental locks.

The internet is already being ruined by large corporations, governments don't need to butt in too.

I've spotted some here in Menorca, cheap clothes and lots of tattoos. They should be in Magaluf instead.

We really should not joke about our Northern poor cousins, they have to support rubbish teams like Rotherham, Crewe and Leeds. They are also sensitive about whole streets sharing one outside loo and a tin bath.

Why don't we just continue building walls everywhere SH ? Along with Scotland, we can recreate Offa's Dyke. Build a wall within England, so that the People's Republic of Scouseland (amongst many others) can do their own thing. While we're about it we can cordon off the west country as well - Cornwall does, after all, have some of the worst poverty in the UK. We can also build a wall around London - they were all remoaners after all. So after all of that you can sit Britannia in the English Channel to protect us from all those 'Johnny Foreigners' - and you will be left to the comfort of your home counties. You can all munch carrots together and talk about old times (ie. when the British Raj was there) and........you can share this all with Luton ! Because that is more or less the geographical epicentre of your paradise. Don't let the fact that the uncouth north actually produced Britain's wealth for about 200 years - whereas the south only spent it, disturb your dreams for a minute.

He thinks he's intellectually and fiscally superior to everyone on here it seems.

.....and yet he's lived on a building site for years, preceded by a caravan.......big shot.

Why do British say workers on strike take industrial action? If they are not working this is inaction.

A good question Aku, there is no such expression as 'industrial inaction' which probably explains it. Actually being on strike is very hard work - firstly the act of downing tools is an action in itself, secondly all those meetings you have to attend, all those picket lines you may have to stand on - this can all be harder work than actually working, if you get my drift.
