You may have noticed that one poster gets no response to his comments, so spends most of the day talking to himself.

I hear that Gove will be put in charge of sewerage treatment. :emoticon-0111-blush

Nigel Farage has tweeted the Davis and Fox roles are inspired choices, he feels more optimistic now.

Douglas Cardwell just said: rejoice! The world is a better place now.

In the traditional top 3 jobs in UK politics we now have May and Hammond - why not Clarkson - oh almost - there is a Johnson there :)

He will soon find a job in the city at £million + p.a. Just sooner than expected.

Of course he will - do you find it good that an incompetent back stabber who does not understand economics and finance should be able to find such a job though?

You seem to think nobody understands economics and finance except you.

Gove is an extremely intelligent operator, it is up to future potential employers whether they regard he is worth paying a large salary. I have no doubt he will be well sought after. He probably will not earn as much as Osborne or Cameron.

Wrong - I think anyone who ignores all expert advice from economists and financiers and advocated Brexit does not have a clue.

I'm sure his point was many of those 'experts' got it badly wrong on the ERM and the Euro. The guy is extremely clever, he will go far.

You need to go with him so you can give him one of your lectures on 'party membership'. Boris would even pay you!!

What do the Tories, Labour, Liberals and even UKIP have in common? They all require two thirds of their members to approve any change to the party constitution. Westminster requires a similar majority of MPs to call for a general election. If it is good enough for them, why is it not good enough for the people when it comes to a vote that has an effect on all of us?
UKIP have seen the writing on the wall and are getting in a state that Article 50 will never be invoked. Yes Boris and Davis are not sounding very helpful for them, saying that nothing much will happen this year. They can hardly complain now when it was them who stated that a 52/48% would not be good enough to remain.

He ignored all advice from educational experts, which isn't why our nation's education currently runs on Gove's hunches. The first time in the history of state education that it derives its system from anything other than that out-dated method - 'research'.<doh>

If Cameron, Osborne and Gove were to take jobs in the City (although it does sound more like a firm of solicitors), wouldn't they have to step down as MPs? If so, I don't think that May would appreciate 3 by-elections so early in her time as PM.
