    Police target black youths <ok> That is for sure, maybe those who live in less multi-cultural places don't see it, but they'll approach a black guy with his trousers hanging low with no evidence what-so-ever and search him, where as a white guy with an ounce of dope hanging out his pocket can get away scot-free
