75 would have been a good target at the start of the season, and we've obviously made a great contribution so far towards that. However, I would stick to that for the time being and still take it one game at a time. The time for revising the target will be January. If you think back to Jan 2010, that was when it first started to dawn on us that we might just be able to target promotion, rather than just get well away from the bottom. From then, Pardew was able to bring in players he thought could contribute to a promotion push, and whilst we didn't achieve it, we did give it a good shot and it was a worthwhile target to have. Let's see where we are this coming January.
I think we'll average 2 points a game and finish top on 96 points - I know it's early days but I'm confident we can keep the pressure on and keep winning.
