I think Shrewsbury need 76 pts to gain automatic promotion,Graham Turner said 75 points,so 3 wins and a draw will do although I think Shrewsbury will win all off there last 6 matches and finish second with wycombe 3rd

I also have an inkling that we'll finish above Wycombe this year.

Numerically or alphabetically? ;)

I just hope we get an auto-promo spot at the moment. Do I want it go down to whether we want Southend to win and Oxford to lose on the last day of the season?

I can see Wycombe slipping into the play-offs, Rocky dear fellow with Salop & Bury taking those final two places. Certainly, your game against Bury will be mahoosive, to say the least!

Mind you, saying that I've just had a look at Burys run-in which is probably as difficult as Wycombes. More good news for us, I say!

We are in our most favourable position for years, I only hope we don't cock things up! LOL.

Obviously if we win all of our games we are guaranteed to go up as we are in an auto spot. It's more a case of trying to win or not lose as many as possible and hope that Bury et al fail to gain on us

Did the predictor thingy on 3rd March, had Town finishing third on 76 points, ahead of Wycombe on goal difference, mind you had Stevenage finishing 17th and Accrington 16th !!

Half of the supporters on Blue and Amber had Town down as being relegated just before crimbo and they wanted Turner sacked...

I have had a direct link in my favourites for years. Notice the main link on L2 has disappeared also now. If you search for it on the main BBC site top rh corner of page you will get this result:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/search/sport/?q=606

This link is direct to Shrewsbury's area:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/606/ArticleSearch?phrase=Shrewsbury Town Football&contenttype=-1

When you get there AJ save it in your bookmanrks for future ref.
