With AFC Wimbledon being deducted 3 points for fielding an illegible player and Sunderland's resurgence is this fair to us?
I don't know the ins and outs of either situation, but wasn't the Sunderland one a really odd quirk in the rules, that the club actually had to point out to the FA when they realised it? Their ineligible player should have been eligible, if not for a failure to file paperwork that the club didn't realise was necessary?

Also we had all this Bull**** with QPR and we all agreed that winning the title by default would have surely tainted that season, so i wouldn`t like to scupper Sunderland`s amazing resurgence out of desperation.
We have more class than that i would hope![]()
They deserve to go down for appointing Di Canio

Fair enough guys, thought it was worth exploring as a discussion point but I do agree that it would be a piss poor way of avoiding relegation. If we end up in the bottom three we will have deserved it.
