I heard the latest excuse was that the house was fit for a disabled or elderly person.

It had nothing to do with his skin colour and "LOCAL HOUSES FOR LOCAL PEOPLE" actually translates in non-mong to "fair alignment of housing based on relative need".

So their not an insular band of hillbilly cousin ****ers, they're actually just deeply concerned about disabled people in the area.
