I'm continually telling jokes at work and at home, most of them bad, but I love a bad joke almost as much as a good one.

As a kid my best mates old man used to tell the worst jokes imaginable. He hated them but I loved them in the full knowledge that they were ****e......now I do the same.

Bigot.

To answer EC's point. I understand the girl had gone to an integrated school, so her mates were from across the community and neither her or her mates suspected there would be an issue. I guess this is a little more than pointless point scoring but it serves that purpose too.

That being the case, it's a credit to the girl, her friends and her family for breaking down 'barriers' but one look at the hillbilly shack of an excuse for a 'club' and the emblems clearly on display, in the picture you originally posted, would indicate that it was surely stretching the imagination beyond breaking point to think that they might find 'normal' people inside it.

Given that this is the thread for scoring pointless points I think it only fair to say that this is solid evidence that Catholic schools are the way forward. If this girl is a sign of how smart kids from integrated schools turn out then the problem is clear. Catholics shouldn't mix with these animals.

Any other thread I'd say something else.

Fair enough. Your logic is sound ... for this thread! Nevertheless, the incident in question is a sick and sad reflection of how things are and doesn't augur well for any realistic prospect of overall reconciliation.

Is that a boast or an achievement?

No, more like throwing these prejudices right back at the haters.

Maybe in the anus of Western Europe, you can glean information from peoples names and be fairly certain of which version of the sky wizard they follow, but in the enlightened utopia of Scotia, such assumptions could leave you with a ghaped anus.

I know a Gerry Boyle, Conner Docherty, Barry Mcgowan, who support Rangers, and I know of a William McLean, Scott Nichol, Alistair Jamieson who support Celtic.
