The racism and subsequent convictions of Celtic fans for their disgusting attacks on Diouf, Edu, Bartley and Aluko could also be added to that article.

    Aye.

Maurice Edu accuses Rangers fans of racial abuse

Maurice Edu has claimed he was racially abused by Rangers fans after last night's Champions League thrashing by Unirea Urziceni.

Edu wrote a message on his Twitter feed which read: "Not sure what hurt more: result last nite or being racially abused by couple of r own fans as I'm getting in my car."

"We have not identified any evidence that the purchase of the Lennoxtown site or the transfer of funds from LI to Celtic was either fraudulent or corrupt.
"However, there are a number of weaknesses in the SLA itself, and a lack of monitoring arrangements by the LI and the public bodies of the services provided, that make it difficult to demonstrate the links between the fees paid and the value or quantities of service provided.

"This creates an environment in which accusations of fraud or corruption are more easily made and are more difficult to rebut."

    There you go <ok>

RANGERS’ nine-in-a-row legend John Brown has been given a special ambassadorial role and will represent the club at a 70th anniversary celebration of Moscow Dynamo’s famous tour of the UK. Just three years ago Brown famously ranted on the threshold of Ibrox for the removal of Charles Green and demanded the fans starved the Yorkshireman out of the club.Last year at Rangers' annual general meeting, he described the directors as ‘stooges and rats’ as he fought beside fans groups to remove the Easdale brothers and Sport Direct placements Derek Llambias and Barry Leach.

Now Bomber has become a public face of the club, which is another sign of the complete change in the governance of Rangers since the Dave King takeover nine months ago.

The following is taken from an STV article on the Court case which was later deleted by them on legal advice. Apparently the issue of who loaned King the money is sub judice and they were advised to wait until evidence is given in Court on the issue.

They make reference to his 41 convictions for contraventions of the Income Tax Act in South Africa. Mash further argue that the outstanding contempt of court case against King, which is due to call at court in London in December, also reflects upon the Rangers chairman’s suitablity. There is also mention of his conduct when he first came to power at Rangers. It is claimed that upon becoming a director of Rangers International Football Club plc, King borrowed large amounts of money from third parties to then give the cash to The Rangers Football Club Limited. This was after Rangers had entered into a loan facility with Sports Direct.

Former Rangers defender Frank de Boer tells Celtic: You're paying the price for the loss of your rivals in the league

FRANK de Boer reckons Celtic are suffering without Rangers – and the Ajax boss is determined to pile on more misery. The former Ibrox star believes the Hoops are paying the price for a lack of competition in Scotland following his old club’s implosion. He is looking forward to the Gers getting back but his immediate aim is to add to the Scottish football slump by dumping Ronny Deila’s men out of the Europa League tonight.

De Boer, who spent a season with Gers in 2004, said: “Normally, Celtic dominate in their own league but it’s difficult to get good results in Europe. “It’s a pity they haven’t been able to play against Rangers in the last four seasons because that brings something extra to the league. Otherwise it is 99 percent that Celtic will win the league again. “I think it will be good for the competition when Rangers are back and able to fight for the title again.”

Another classic from the Record's blogger, no wonder that rag is losing readers like rats deserting a sinking ship when they print garbage like this <doh>

BLOGGER Johnny McFarlane believes his club is finally moving in the right direction while their Glasgow rivals stumble from one disaster to the next.

AS Mark Warburton talked about ‘traditional values of honesty, integrity, discipline and respect it felt like the standards of the past have finally returned to this grand old club. Talking the talk is one thing but you need to live it for these sorts of values to properly take hold. This is why the board’s decision to pay the living wage is so significant; the hot air has gone and is replaced by swift, decisive deed. Across the city on the other hand?

Desperately clinging to the discredited ramblings of a few misinformed fan bloggers whose credibility is further shredded by every passing day while their own club stumbles from one disaster to the next. The cult of Ronny Delia is one of the most curious happenings in the history of Scottish Football. One can only assume that there is some sort of black magic at work when he delivers his self-indulgent roar after his latest hard fought victory over Ross County or Hamilton.
You would think the fans would have noticed the tactical shambles playing out in front of them much the way we bears did with Ally McCoist.

Highest scorer in history or not, Ally was called out from an early stage because he simply wasn’t a good manager. The heart of the matter can be established very easily; ask any Rangers fan about the Celtic manager and you will meet a fan of the Norwegian’s work that runs his own Ronny must stay website! This should be at the core of every Celtic fan’s thought but instead the Twitteratti have spent the last 24 hours blasting yet more hot air in the direction of Dave King.

A mixture of rumour, fiction, wishful thinking and opinion is now passing for journalism in certain green and white corners of the internet and it is creating a dangerous understanding of ‘facts’ surrounding Rangers and the chairman. While article after article of character assassination continues with a clear agenda of dehumanising ordinary Rangers supporters it has all gone suspiciously quiet on Peter Lawwell and his board’s disgraceful decision to deny staff the living wage. What does their position say about Celtic when a ‘glib and shameless liar’ can see the moral argument for decent pay and they can’t? Silence.

As Rangers get back to the club of old, restoring old standards and traditions, the evidence points to the emergence of a different ‘new’ club right under the noses of the Sevco warriors. It is a club of rich bankers and Tory peers voting for welfare cuts, a club that refuses to pay hard working grafters a fair wage, it’s the club that dominates and rules the Scottish football establishment with an iron grip. The idea that Celtic are victims is now utterly preposterous, the idea that Rangers, in the championship, are the enemy is even more so. Celtic fans must surely realise that their real enemy is now within.
