THE Rangers Supporters’ Trust last night hit out at Celtic over fans who vandalised Tynecastle.

A statement said: “The Trust is disgusted to learn a group of Celtic fans daubed offensive, sectarian graffiti, mocking the Ibrox disaster, on the walls.

“We are even more disgusted by the attitude of Celtic which is to try to distance themselves from the behaviour of their fans.

“We welcome Ann Budge’s statement and support her attempts to highlight the disgraceful behaviour of a sizeable minority of the Celtic support.”

Rangers Supporters Trust – Manchester Report

Following on from our investigations into the circumstances surrounding supporter
treatment in Villarreal, Bratislava and Stuttgart

the RST is set to compile a dossier analysing the multitude of issues raised by the
UEFA Final in Manchester.
We want testimonies from members who were present in Manchester before, during and
after the game. If required names of sources can be with-held from publication.

Eye witness accounts, with as much detail and camera footage as possible, will be
compiled into a report and submitted to all relevant authorities.

Now that the dust has settled, it is time for reflection. We can help repair the
damage done to our hard won reputation and try to ensure that the Bears travelling
with the team in 2008/09 can continue the fabulous work undertaken in this years
long Euro run.

Please send information, news, views and media clips (including your membership
number if applicable and contact details) to - [email protected]

Police extend probe into Rangers saga as Charles Green's buy-out of Ibrox club comes under the spotlight
Dec 08, 2014 06:47 By Keith Jackson
AS well as investigating why Green was selected as preferred bidder when he took over at Ibrox in 2012, police want to know where large sums of money disappeared to during the Yorkshireman's reign at Ibrox.
DETECTIVES have widened their investigations into the Rangers saga to probe the Charles Green buy-out and a subsequent £70million cash burn.
Record Sport can reveal officers last week spent two days in London interviewing key individuals linked to Green’s chaotic reign.
It’s understood former chairman Malcolm Murray was one of those quizzed as a witness by the cops – who recently charged former owner Craig Whyte with fraud as part of a separate investigation into his initial takeover .
Green appointed Murray to the Ibrox board within days of completing his controversial £5.5m purchase of the club’s assets in a deal with administrators Duff and Phelps.

But the pair clashed repeatedly behind the scenes and Murray survived a number of attempted boardroom coups before finally being replaced as chairman by former manager Walter Smith in May 2013.
During this time Yorkshire businessman Green launched a hugely successful IPO raising more than £22m from selling new shares to institutional investors as well as Rangers supporters.
Now, as well as investigating why Green was selected as preferred bidder in the first place, the police want to know where large sums of that money disappeared to over the course of the next few months.
Earlier this year former Rangers chief executive Graham Wallace, as part of a 120-day business review, calculated that almost £70m had been spent by the club in the 18-month period following Green’s takeover

Someone should menshy every ground we go to, and they can release another statement <laugh>

The full one is even more hilarious than the snippet above - goes on to bemoan "disrespect to Remembrance Sunday, open promotion of the IRA" all the old beauties in one rambling place <ok>

Anyone who doubts there is an Establishment fix in to prevent Rangers progress need only look at the Telegraph’s ongoing crusade against Mike Ashley and the recent pronouncements against the Sports Direct tycoon from beleagueared Labour leader Ed Miliband.

The fact that the attacks on Ashley come from both ends of the political spectrum support the contention of a high-level, cross-party conspiracy to keep Rangers under as a crippled force in both football and society in general.

McMurdo stood for UKIP twice. He and other Hun groups have lobbied Caroline Santos.

Pastor McConnell is right to be concerned about radicalised Islam’s propensity for violence and destruction – the problem is that not all Muslims are radicalised. It is a similar situation to Ireland. Not all Irish people share the bloodthirst and hatred of Irish terrorists

All of this comes as news breaks that according to the British Social Attitudes survey we are all apparently a lot less tolerant these days. Whether or not that means we are all more racist I will leave for others to judge. I don’t know what is worse – having a measure of prejudice as the survey says one third of us admit to – or a Stepford world where we all pretend to live in a forced tolerance and acceptance of each other.

I think the whole issue of intolerance has become politicised and has been hijacked by people with very dodgy agendas of their own. As we all know, the real agenda of political correctness is to obliterate British values and culture.

My own view is that I abominate hatred of people based on their skin colour, ethnicity and religion. But that doesn’t mean I have to put up with beliefs, values and cultural matters that challenge my own way of life – such as Sharia Law or brutal practices.

Race and religion have become tools and weapons used to manipulate the masses. The reason this works so effectively is that fear of that which is “other” is a strong emotion and easily used to motivate people.

Yes it does, you ****wit.

The word is tolerance.

You don't have to respect anything - respect is earnt. You only have to tolerate differences, you don't have to like them - Bill, like all racists, mixes up tolerance and respect all the time while demanding folk "respect are culture/sojers/bigotry"

The last sentence I quoted there is a stunning questioning of the kettle's pigmentation of behalf of the pot.

I think the events of last few years has broken some of them. Some of the stuff they publish would see them locked up in a lunatic asylum in a pre-Thatcher's Care in the Community Britain.

Rangers-hating is the new national sport. And anyone who thinks this is accidental needs their naivety chip removed. It is not stretching things to say that the great social engineering project of this decade is to turn Scottish society against its biggest and most successful football club.

Not one for hyperbole is our Bill

It's not that long ago that some Rangers fans mocked and derided me for saying there was a conspiracy against Rangers Football Club. It is actually quite astonishing now to consider how wrong these people were. I am sure that the events of the last twelve months have converted these…
