Tbh mate I'll add this as it may or not have been mentioned (I couldn't be arsed to read after the first page). It's clear that Woody could plant a fcking red liver bird in the centre circle at OT and still not get booted out. The fcker is protected by the prince of darkness himself by the looks of it. So the reality is we need a manager who can manage Woody as much as the team. Likewise, Poch himself needs a Chief Exec who will back him with funds to take a decent squad to the next level and his recruitment in the past suggests he'll do that well at a bigger club. In a sense both are made for each other.
