Honestly its about finding the next gem. How many of liverpool city chelsea have gone and bought the next big thing recently. Yes big bucks have been spent on certain players but there are gems to be had. Salah and mane at liverpool, barkley and rudiger at chelsea. Even sane and gundogan werent eye watering amounts. This year shaqiri looks very shrewd, moura was cheap, there are plenty of up and coming players in europe he could make the grade if given a chance
