To me it just feels like are making progress on the pitch after a couple of seasons of being in reverse gear. We all know the plan and what Russ is trying to achieve and more importantly so do the players. I also believe that he is good man manager and I trust him to balance developing our crop of highly promising kids with the pressure of getting results. Most importantly to me is the product on the pitch and we are now entertaining to watch although we have to get better at not letting in soft goals.
