Argyle may have had more possession, but we had virtually all the best chances in the match. Surprised Kenny Jackett didn't bring on Oli Hawkins for say Gareth Evans for the last 10 to 15 minutes. His extra height at 6'6" would possibly have caused some problems for their two centre halves.
4 matches to go Woopert´s! If PFC can muster wins against Charlton, Peterboro and Bradford, that would give the club 72 points. The way things are panning out, that would be enough for the play-offs. Then the season would begin for real. Given expectations at the start and throughout the season, they would be a bonus to enjoy. The club could approach this nerve-free and who knows another Wembley appearance could beckon 10 years after the famous FA Cup win.

I'm assuming you didn't actually go to the game then Wooperts. Don't believe everything you hear on the radio. It was a hard fought game and was fair with a draw in the end. Not many chances created by either side. We had a penalty turned down when it was and so did you. Lameiras did NOT dive at all. He was tackled at the least and went down under the challenge. But it was not a dive. If you want a dive then watch your No. 8 who had a go at one. I met up with some Pompey supporters after the game on my way to the Social Club I go to after all home matches. They came with me and mates and we spent some time with them. Nice people. The consensus from all was it was entertaining and fair at the end. Atmosphere in the ground was excellent as well with no bother from anywhere, As it should be. Think both sets of supporters who turned up would say it is a relief to get this game out of the way.
